Our new primary location is now to be found in the beautiful woodland setting of Ransomwood Estate.The office is located on a converted Victorian hospital site in an amazing woodland setting, with a focus on connecting with nature and offering the opportunity for a mindful space for your therapy.  The Park has a strong philosophy of sustainability, being eco-friendly, with a mixture of tended gardens and wild woodland areas.

There is extensive free parking to the rear of the building.  There is a café, Forever Green, on the site should you arrive early, need some time after your session, or for anyone accompanying you to wait at. You are also welcome to take advantage of the woodland walks on site. The impact of the recent coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the importance of both exercise and connecting with nature, and we are pleased to be able to offer your therapy in an environment that supports this ethos.

This location also opens the opportunity for us to offer 'Walk and Talk' therapy sessions.  These sessions begin and end at the office location, but take you into areas of historic Sherwood Forest and the Strawberry Hill Nature Reserve (Area of SSI).  This can be particualrly helpful for clients with depression or anxiety.  Contact us for more details.

*Launching October 2022* Mindfulness in Nature Group led by a highly experienced and skilled Mindfulness Based Cognitve Therapy Practitioner.  This Group will run at a private woodland site on the outskirts of Ravenshead, Nottingham.  For more details, please see our flyer  on the Professional Services page, or contact us.
